摘  要:溶池均混时间和粉剂穿透比是鱼雷罐喷粉预处理研究中基本的传输动力学参数 通过水模实验 ,测定了不同熔池深度、不同喷枪插入深度和角度以及不同喷枪平面位置条件下吹气对熔池搅拌的影响 实验研究和分析了影响粉剂穿透比的因素 。The uniform mixing time of the bath and the penetration ratio of injected powder into the melt are the basic transport dynamic parameters of hot metal dephosphorization pretreatment by powder injection in torpedo. Using water model, the influences of some injection operation parameters such as the depth of the bath,the nozzle depth,angle and position of the injection lance on the mixing time of hot metal in the torpedo were experimentally investigated. The factors that influence the powder penetration ratio were measured experimentally and discussed theoretically. The curve and the correlation formula between theoretic powder penetration ratio and the critical diameter of injected powder were then obtained.
