阿斯匹林不抑制Lewis肺癌的生长与转移

摘　　要：Lewis肺癌(3LL)组织具有较强的花生四烯酸代谢能力,带瘤的C57纯种小鼠血浆PGE_2浓度显著升高,TXB_2与6—酮—PGF_(1α)也有增高的倾向,但阿斯匹林不能降低带瘤动物的花生四烯酸代谢水平.3LL 可引起人血小板的聚集反应,阿斯匹林对这种聚集无抑制作用。此外阿斯匹林不影响带瘤鼠的肿瘤生长,不减少肿瘤的肺与肝脏转移,也不能延长小鼠的生存期。结果表明,肿瘤组织花生四烯酸代谢有其本身的特点,阿斯匹林对Lawis 肺癌无治疗作用。作者认为目前尚不能将阿斯匹林等非甾体抗炎药物做为肿瘤的辅助治疗措施。The arachidonic acid metabolism in Lewis lung carcinoma(3LL)tissue was rather active.The plasma PGE_2 concentration in C 57 mice bearing the tumor was significantly higher than thatof the same kind of normal mice,meanwhile there was an increasing tendency in plasma TXB_2and 6—keto—PGF_1α levels.Aspirin Aas not effective in decreasing arachidonic acid metabolismin these tumor—bearing animals.3LL could induce human platelet aggregation,which was not in-hibited by this drug.Morever,Aspirin had no effect on tumor growth,lung and liver metastasis,or survival of the mice.These results suggest that the tumor tissue showed a different arachidonicacid metabolic profile,and that Aspirin was ineffective in treating Lewis lung carcinoma in experi-mental animals.It is proposed that Aspirin or other non steroid anti—inflammatory drugs cannot yet be recommended for adjuvant therapy in cancer.
