摘　　要：目的:探讨CD44v6和MMP-9表达变化与胃癌浸润转移的关系及二者在胃癌浸润转移过程中的相关性。方法:运用S-P免疫组化技术,检测CD44v6和MMP-9在263例原发性胃癌的表达。结果:随着胃癌浸润程度的加深、淋巴结转移站次的提高以及TNM分期的进展,CD44v6和MMP-9的阳性表达率逐渐升高;CD44v6和MMP-9阳性表达者胃癌细胞Ki-67标记指数明显高于其阴性者;二者在胃癌组织中表达呈正相关,其共同表达者发生浆膜浸润和淋巴结转移的机率明显高于二者仅其中之一阳性表达或同为阴性表达者。结论:CD44v6、MMP-9过表达促进胃癌浸润转移,二者在胃癌浸润转移过程中相互关联,共同作用。Objective:To explore the relationship between the changes of CD 44 v6,MMP-9expression and the invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer,and their correlation to the progress of invasion and metastasis in gastric cancer.Methods:The expression of CD 44 v6and MMP-9were detected with S-P immunohistochemical method in263primary tumor specimens.Results:The positive rate of CD 44 v6and MMP-9escalated with:the progress of invasion,lymphatic metas-tasis and TNM stage of the tumor.The label index of Ki-67in the patients with overexpression of CD 44 v6or MMP-9was higher than that in negative expressions.Positive correlation was ob-served in gastric cancer tissues between these two expressions.The probability of serosal involve-ment and lymph node metastases in patients with co-expressed CD 44 v6and MMP-9was higher than that in patients with either of them was positive or both of these two expressions was nega-tive.Conclusion:The expression of CD 44 v6and MMP-9are related to the potential of tumor proliferation,invasion and metastasis and there is close correlation between these two expressions.They act synergistically in promoting the invasion and metastasis of gastric cancer.
