汽车仪表板表皮专用ABS树脂粉的研制

摘　　要：采用适宜的配方制备ABS乳液,再按配比与NBR胶乳和防老剂悬浮液共混,用脂肪酸盐为隔离剂,二价金属盐为凝聚剂,在合适的凝胶速度下将它们进行共凝,制得含胶量和流动性有显著差别、粒径≤2mm的两个牌号专用ABS树脂粉IM—1和IM—2,再分别与PVC和其它助剂按配方共混塑炼制得0.8mm厚汽车仪表板表皮。该表皮性能与美国Borg—Warner化学公司的Blendex131和310接近,在真空热吸塑成型时,拉伸不破裂,冷后具有一定的刚性,能保持外形和花纹。ABS emulsion was prepared by a proper formula, blended with NBR latex and anti—ager suspension in a proper ratio, then tee powdered ABS resins,IM—1 and IM—2, Were prepared by co—coagulation at a proper gelling speed when fatty acid salt was used as isolating agent and M^(++)salt as coagulant. The NBR content and mobility of the resins were quite different form each other, and the particle diameter of the resins were 2mm. These resins were then blended with PVC and other aids, thus a powdered resin for the surface layer of auto dash board of 0.8 mm thickness was prepared. The properties of the layes was similar to that of Blendex 131 and 310 of Borg—Warner Co. The layer did not break when streching during vacuum thermoforming,a nd could maintain good appearance and pattern because of its rigidity after cooling.
