摘　　要：目的 :了解金属全冠对舰艇人员折裂牙修复的作用。方法 :对 4 1例通过金属全冠修复的舰艇人员的折裂牙 ,进行 5年临床随访 ,并作疗效评价。结果 :5年随访成功 38例 ,占 92 % ;失败 3例 ,占 8%。结论 :金属全冠对舰艇人员折裂牙的修复非常有效 ,应作为折裂牙修复之首选。Objective: To find out the effect of metal full crown in the restoration of seamen's split teeth. Methods: A 5 year follow up survey of 41 cases of seamen with split teeth restored by metal full crown was made, and the effect was evaluated. Results: Successful cases account for 92%, and unsuccessful cases account for 8%. Conclusion: The method of restoring seamen's split teeth with metal full crown is very effective, and should be chosen first.
