小学教师SCL-90评定分析

摘　　要：目的　探讨小学教师心理健康状况。方法　应用 SCL-90对 5 2名小学教师进行评定 ,同时与全国常模和 5 8名大学教师对照。结果　小学教师 SCL-90总分和各因子分均比全国常模低 ,除恐怖因子分高于大学教师外 ,总分和其他各因子分与大学教师比较无差异。Objective To study the mental health in primary school teachers.Methods The mental health status in 52 primary school teachers was assessed with SCL-90,and the results were compared to those in Chinese norm and 58 university teachers.Results The total score and all the sub-scale scores in primary school teachers were lower than the norm.Except the higher score of phobia sub-scale,there were no differences between the results of primary school teachers and university teachers.Conclusion Primary school teachers lad better mental health status than general people did.
