摘　　要：目的 :观察姜黄素是否具有抗癌活性。方法 :体外采用药物直接与肿瘤细胞接触 ,检测细胞存活率 ;体内试验以口服给药观察该药对几种小鼠移植性肿瘤的抑瘤作用。结果 :姜黄素对肿瘤细胞具有细胞毒作用 ,对人白血病细胞HL60、人红白血病细胞K5 62、人胃腺癌细胞SGC790 1、人肝癌细胞Bel74 0 2的IC50 分别为 0 5 6～ 4 15 μg mL ;以 15 0～ 30 0mg kg剂量给药对小鼠S180 肉瘤、艾氏实体瘤的抑瘤率分别为 2 3 3%～ 4 9 1%。结论Objective Study on antitumor effects of curcumin.Methods In vitro tests,tumor cells were cultured in RPMI 1640 medium at 37℃ 5%CO 2 incubator.After treated with curcumin for 24 h,IC 50 was analyzed using MTT method.In vivo tests,tumor cells were transplanted respectively to mice,curcumin was administrated by po for 10 days.Results were expressed as growth inhibition rate.Results The IC 50 for HL 60 and K562 leukemic cells,SGC 7901 gastric cancer cells and Bel 7 402 liver cancer cells were from 0 56-4 15 μg/mL.Growth inhibition rates for S 180 and EAC transplanted tumor cells were from 23 3%-49 1% when dose was administrated by 150-300 mg/kg.Conclution Curcumin has direct antitumor effects both in vitro and vivo.
