摘　　要：目的 :加强 ICU医务人员与病员家属进行有效沟通 ,减少医疗纠纷。方法 :对 12 0例病员家属进行问卷调查 ,分型 ,并针对不同类型进行沟通。结果 :提高了病员及家属的满意度 ,减少了医疗纠纷的发生。结论 :在 ICU病房加强医护人员与病员家属的沟通 ,对于促进护患、医患合作 ,减少医疗纠纷的发生 ,促进病员早日康复 。Objective:To strengthen the effective communication between the medical personnel and the family members of patients in ICU,and reduce the dispute of medical treatment.Methods:Investigating the 120 relatives through the questionnaire,classifying them,moreover,communicating with the various types.Results:We have improved the satisfied levels of patients and relatives,meanwhile reduced the dispute of medical treatment.Conclusion:It's very important to strengthen the communication between the medical personnel and the relatives in ICU in order to promote the health of patients get on friendly terms with them,and reduce the dispute of medical treatment.
