摘　　要：通过对笔者主持和参与某高校住宅楼加固改造过程的介绍，提出了接建纠偏和抗震加固设计思想及施 工时所要注意的事项。The author introduces the processes of his presiding over and ParticiPating in a dwelling house in order that he can put forward designing ideas on junct-construction, rectfying deviation and antiquaking reiforcement and that he can work up with serveral items which should be Paid attention to in the construction.
