摘　　要：目的　探讨转移相关基因 CD4 4 v6在前列腺癌中的表达及意义 .方法　以免疫组化 S- P法对 6 7例前列腺癌标本进行染色及分析 .结果　 CD4 4 v6在前列腺癌中有较高的表达 ,阳性率为 4 1.8% (2 8/ 6 7) .其中无转移者阳性率为 16 .0 %(4/ 2 5 ) ,有淋巴结或远处转移者阳性率 5 7.1% (2 4 / 4 2 ) ,两者比较差异有显著性 (P<0 .0 1) CD4 4 v6阳性表达与前列腺癌分化程度 (r=0 .4 6 3,P<0 .0 5 )及临床分期 (r=0 .4 12 ,P<0 .0 5 )相关显著 .CD4 4 v6阳性的前列腺癌患者术后生存期显著低于阴性患者 (9.5 % vs 39.3% ,P <0 .0 5 ) .结论　CD4 4 v6阳性表达与前列腺癌的发生。AIM To evaluate the expression of metastasis associated gene CD44v6 in prostate cancer tissue and its significance. METHODS The expression of CD44v6 in 67 human prostate cancer specimens was studied by immunohis tochemical S P technique. RESULTS The positive rate of CD44v6 was 41.8%(28/67). The positive staining was higher in metastasis patients (57.1%) than in patients without metastasis (16.0%) of prostate cancer ( P <0.01). The expression of CD44v6 was correlated with cell grade ( r= 0.463, P<0.05 ) and clinical stage ( r=0.412, P<0.05 ) of the tumour. The life expectancy of CD44v6 positive staining patients with prostate cancer was shorter than that of CD44v6 negative patients (9.5% vs 39.3%, P<0.05 ). CONCLUSION The expression of CD44v6 gene is possibly related to the carcinogenesis, progress and prognosis of prostate cancer.
