摘　　要：目的 :探讨不同的拂炎眼液使用方法对PRK手术疗效及并发症的影响 ,总结最佳的使用方案。方法 :将PRK病人分为 3个治疗组分别采用不同的拂炎眼液治疗方式 ,分别在术后 1、 3、 6月检查眼压、屈光度的变化 ,并进行统计学分析。结果 :未发现治疗组与对照组对PRK疗效及并发症的影响之间有统计学上的差异存在。提出最佳的拂炎治疗方案为前 2月第天 2次 ,后 2月每天 1次。Objective:To evaluate the effects of differential florex dropping on the result of PRK and its compl ication,and to sum up the best method.Method:Th ere were three groups of PRK patient with dropping F lorex using different method.The intraocular pressure and postoperative refra ction of every patient were examined at 1 3 6 months after PRK.Results:The difference within the three groups on the results and complication of PRK was insignificant.It was suggested that the best method of florex dropping was two times per day in the firs t two months,and followed by one time daily for the in second two months.
