均匀设计与判别分析在活性钙颗粒剂处方优化中的应用

摘　　要：目的 :研究活性钙颗粒剂的处方工艺。方法 :应用了均匀设计和Fisher判别分析对处方进行优化 ,实验中以辅料一、辅料二和乙醇浓度 3个因素 ,设 7个水平进行实验 ,评价指标设有 3个 ,有 2个指标是连续性变量 ,有 1个指标是离散性变量 ,连续性变量采用多元线形回归分析 ,离散性变量采用Fisher判别分析。结果 :确定最优的处方为 :活性钙 5g、辅料一 17 5g、辅料二 9 3g、淀粉 18 2g、 35 %乙醇适量。结论Objective:To Study the optimizatio n of the active calcium granule.Methods:The optimized preparation was selected by uniform design and distinguished analysis distingashet.The three factors were studied at seve n levels according to uniform design of experiment,the evaluating targets has th ree targets,two targets are continuity variable,one target is dispersing variabl e .The continuity variable used the multivariate regression analysis,the dispersin g variable used the distinguished analysis.Result:The optimized preparation incl uded active calcium 5g?FuLiao l 17 5g?FuLiao 2 9 3g?starch 18 2g?and 35% ethanol.Conclusion :The application of uniform design and distinguished analysis to optimize the ac tive calcium granule was preferable.
