摘  要:目的:探讨原发性闭角型青光眼的生物结构特点。方法 :应用ALCON公司眼科专用A/B型超声诊断系统对 32例 6 0只各型原发性闭角型青光眼进行A超测量 (包括眼轴长度 ,前房深度 ,晶体厚度 )和角膜直径测量 ,以 30例 6 0只正常眼对照 ,并进行相关比较及统计学分析。结果 :两组中各项均值均有显著差异。结论 :原发性闭角型青光眼在解剖上存在晶体较厚 ,相对晶体位置较前 ,视轴较短 ,晶体厚度 /眼轴长度系数较大 。Objective:To study the biologic characteristics of the patients with primary angle-closure glaucoma (PCAG). Methods:Biologic structure,including the axial length (AL),lens thickness (LT) and anterior chamber depth (ACD),were measured in 60 eyes of 32 patients with PCAG and 60 eyes of 30 control group using ultrasonic scanning machine at A-mode.The diameter of cornea was also measured.The relative location of lens (RLL) and LT/AL ration were calculated.All mean values were analyzed with t-test. Results:There were significant differences between the two groups in all items. Conclusions:The PCAG eyes had a shallower ACD,thicker LT,shorter AL,more forward RLL and bigger LT/AL factor.:It indicates that a small cornea,a thick LT,a shallow ACD,and a short AL characterize PCAG.
