摘　　要：目的 :探讨非穿透小梁切除羊膜植入术治疗开角型青光眼的机理及疗效评价。方法 :对 2 0例 32眼开角型青光眼患者行非穿透小梁切除羊膜植入术 ,术后观察视力 ,眼压、滤过泡及眼内反应。随访 1～ 8个月 ,平均 6 2个月。结果 :眼压 :术前 32眼平均眼压 48 6mmHg ,术后除 1例 1眼眼压高达 2 5mmHg外 ,19例 31眼均控制在 7～ 2 0mmHg之内 ,手术成功率达 96 9%。术后视力均有显著提高 ,滤过泡扁平弥漫 ,轻微充血 ,无新生血管及纤维增殖发生。结论 :羊膜取材简便 ,疗效显著 ,为非穿透小梁手术提供了有效安全植入材料。Objective:To discuss the value of amniotic membrane implantation in the non-penetrating trabeculectomy for open-angle glaucoma. Methods:20 cases of 32 eyes open-angle glaucoma were undergone non-penetrating trabeculectomy with amniotic membrane implantation.The visual acuity,intraocular pressure (IOP),bleb and intraocular reaction were observed after operation.The patients were followed up for 1～8 months,mean 6 2 months. Results:The average IOP of 32 eyes was 48 6 mmHg before operation.After operation,IOP of 19 cases of 31 eyes was within 7～20 mmHg,except 1 eye was 25mmHg.The successful rate was 96 9%.The visual acuity was improved apparently after operation.Bleb was flat and diffused with slight congestion.There were no neovascular sign and fiber proliferation. Conclusions:Amniotic membrane was a new,safe,effective and cheap material for non-penetrating trabeculectomy.
