假单胞菌80-B假溶因子和乳化因子的分离及其性质的研究

摘　　要：解烃假单胞菌 ( Pseudomonassp.) 80 -B在以十六烷为碳源培养时 ,其无细胞培养液中可检测到对十六烷的假溶活性和乳化活性 .经分离提取得到假溶因子和乳化因子 ,其产量分别为 0 .33g/L和 0 .2 g/L.经分析证明其化学本质分别为糖蛋白和脂蛋白 ,分子量分别约为 1 4 4 0 0和 2 0 1 0 0 .When Pseudomonas 80 B strain was able to grow in hexadecane, if produced pseudosolubilizing factor and emulsifying factor in their non cell media. The yields of the two factors were 0.33g/L and 0.2g/L, respectively. According to analysis of infrared spectrum the two factors are glycoprotein and lipoprotein, with molecular weights of 14400 and 20100, respectively. The influences of temperature and Ca ++ on emulsifying and pseudosolubilizing activities are then discussed.$$$$
