摘　　要：计算机辅助基因克隆的 Oracle数据库系统利用 Swiss Prot数据库获取已知的基因 ,用Blast程序从人类基因组序列中搜索与该基因同源的染色体 DNA片段 ,并将 Blast返回的结果存储于 Oracle数据库 .使用者选择所感兴趣的 Blast结果 ,用本文所提供的算法及前端程序合成这些 DNA片段 。Bioinformatics assisted gene discovery comprises picking the gene available in SwissProt, searching the DNA fragments homologous to the gene from the human genomic sequence by means of BLAST program, and saving them into the Oracle Database. On the basis of the useful data from in the Oracle Database computer-assistant novel gene cloning is realized by means of the algorithm that we provided and the searched DNA fragments.
