摘　　要：如何选择资本结构 ,一直是我国经济学界探讨的问题 .本文通过对企业的资本结构进行数量分析 。How to choose the capital structure has been the probe question of our country economy circle. This paper has a quantity analysis on corporation capital structure and puts forward a method to confirm the best capital structure about financing decision in order to help the business policy maker.
