泪然和潇莱威滴眼液在LASIK术后泪膜恢复中的作用

摘　　要：评价泪然 (TearNatuarleⅡTN Ⅱ )和潇莱威 (Celluvisc)滴眼液在LASIK术后泪膜恢复中的作用。方法 :采用前瞻性研究 ,观察行LASIK治疗的 36 3只眼 ,根据术后用药不同随机分为三组 :对照组 ( 14 8眼 )、泪然组 ( 78眼 )、潇莱威组 ( 137眼 )。观察指标包括术前、术后一日、一周、一月的干眼症状、荧光素 (F1)和虎红 (Rb)染色、BUT、Schirmer′sⅠ试验。比较三组间有无统计学差异。结果 :术后一周时 ,TN Ⅱ组与Celluvisc组干涩症状均较对照组轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,余时间点三组间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;异物感各时间点三组间均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;术后一日 ,TN Ⅱ组、Celluvisc组烧灼感与对照组有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ;术后一周 ,TN Ⅱ组烧灼症状较对照组明显轻 (P <0 0 5 ) ,与Celluvisc组无差异。余时间点三组间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;各时间点三组间Rb染色均无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;术后一月时 ,TN Ⅱ组角膜F1点状染色较对照组明显减少 (P <0 0 5 )。余时间点三组间无显著差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ;术后一周、一月时 ,三组BUT均较术前降低 (P <0 0 5 ) ,术后一月时 ,Celluvisc组BUT时间较对照组长 ,差异有显著性(P <0 0 5 ) ;术后一周时 ,TN Ⅱ组Schirmer′sⅠ试验结果较对照组高 。Objective:To evaluate the effects of Tear Naturals Ⅱ(TN Ⅱ) and Celluvisc on the tear film after LASIK. Methods:363 eyes were followed up after LASIK operation.There were three groups:control,TN Ⅱ and Celluvisc.Subjective complaints,F1 and Rb staining,Break up Time (BUT),Schirmer′s test were observed preoperatively and 1 day,1 week,1 month postoperatively. Results:At 1 week postoperatively,dry eye sensation was weaker in control group than that in the other two groups (P<0 05).No significant differences were found in foreign body sensation among the three groups (P>0 05).At the second postoperative day,patients in control group complained more severe burning sensation than that in the other two groups (P<0 05).At 1 week postoperatively,burning sensation in TN Ⅱ group was not so obvious as control group (P<0 05).There were no significant differences in Rb staining among the three groups at every stage (P>0 05).F1 staining dots were less in TN Ⅱ group than that in control group.There was an obvious delay of BUT in Celluvisc group than that in control group at 1 month postoperatively.Significant difference was found in Schirmer′s test between TN Ⅱ and control group at 1 week after operation. Conclusions:TN Ⅱ and Celluvisc can accelerate the recovery of tear film after LASIK.
