垂直性斜视的手术治疗

摘　　要：评价垂直性斜视患者的手术治疗效果。探讨这类患者的病因、诊断特点、手术的时机和术式的选择。方法 :根据术前诊断分别采取斜肌断腱、斜肌断腱联合水平肌肉手术、下直肌缩短联合水平肌肉手术、水平肌肉移位联合水平肌肉手术等手术方式。结果 :所有患者均为一次手术成功获得了正位。大部分患者恢复了立体视。结论 :对于垂直性斜视患者要诊断准确 ,正确选择手术术式和早期治疗。Objective:To evaluate the effect of operative treatment on the patients with vertical strabismus,and to discuss the procedure selection and the principles of the operation in vertical strabismus. Methods:According to the pre operative diagnosis the operation procedure was chosen,including:myotenotomy in oblique muscle,myotenotomy in oblique muscle with horizontal muscle,myoshortening in rectus muscle with horizontal muscle,shift horizontal muscle with horizontal muscle operation. Results:All the patients had got normal eye position.Stereo acuity recovered completely in most of them. Conclusions:To obtain satisfied results in the treatment of vertical strabismus,making accurate diagnosis,choosing correct operation and performing operation in early age are important.
