改良羟基磷灰石义眼座植入104例临床观察

摘　　要：观察改良式羟基磷灰石义眼座植入的临床效果。方法 :眼内容剜除后 ,后极巩膜开窗直径 10mm～ 15mm ,剪断视神经 ,取出后极巩膜及视神经残端 ,一期植入羟基磷灰石义眼座入肌锥内。结果 :随访 4— 2 3月 ,3例发生义眼座暴露 ,经异体巩膜移植修补后修复 ,所有病例义眼活动良好 ,矫正外形满意。结论 :改良式羟基磷灰石义眼座植入术并发症少 ,疗效满意 ,是较为理想的眼眶美容术式。Objective:To observe the clinical effects of improved orbital implantation with hydroxyapatite spheres. Methods:After evisceration,posterior sclera within a diameter of 10～15mm was excised including optical nerve.Then the hydroxyapatite spheres were implanted primarily in muscular pyramid. Results:The cosmetic appearance and the pseudo ophthalmic mobility were excellent except 3 cases with implant exposure that was cured by allograft of sclera. Conclusions:The improved hydroxyapatite orbital implantation is a good method with less complication and satisfied cosmetic effect.
