摘  要:目的 研究急性白血病患儿应用重组粒细胞集落刺激因子 (rhG CSF)后自身抗体的产生及其临床意义。方法 应用ELISA技术检测 10 4例正常儿童和 4 6例急性白血病患儿血清rhG CSF抗体。结果 共有 11例患儿在应用rhG CSF后检测到自身抗体 ,并均在 3个月内转阴。在抗体阴性和阳性组之间 ,rhG CFS疗程结束时的中性粒细胞数差异显著 (P <0 0 5 ) ,但与rhG CSF用量和病程无关。结论 应用rhG CSF诱导产生的自身抗体可抑制该制剂的生物学功能 ,监测抗体可预测rhG CSF对中性粒细胞的恢复效用。Objectives To investigate the occurrence of autoantibodies after using rhG CSF as assistant therapy during chemotherapy in children with acute leudemia and its clinical significance.Methods Blood samples were collected from 104 normal children and 46 the acute leukemia,and rhG CSF autoantibodies were measured by ELISA.Results Autoantibodies were detected in 11 children with acute leukemia during varying period after rhG CSF and persisted on within 3 months.Between positive and negative autoantibody groups,there was a significant difference in neutrophilic granulocyte count (P<0 05)by the end of the therapy,but it was irrelative to the rhG CSF doses and courses of disease.Conclusion The rhG CSF autoantibodies could inhibit the rhG CSF biological function,and the detection of them is of help in predicing the effect of rhG CSF on the recovery of neutrophilic granulocyte count in children with acute leukemia.
