摘　　要：目的　探讨子宫肌瘤细胞增殖及与表皮生长因子受体 (EGF R)水平的关系。方法　用流式细胞仪测定 5 0例子宫肌瘤组织的细胞周期DNA指数 (DI)、S期细胞百分比 (SPF)、细胞增殖指数 (PI) ,其中 2 8例测定肌瘤内EGF R水平 ,以子宫肌瘤邻近的正常子宫平滑肌为对照。结果　子宫肌瘤SPF、PI、EGF R水平显著高于正常子宫平滑肌 ;DI差异无显著性 ;肌瘤EGF R水平与PI、SPF呈正相关。结论　肌瘤细胞内高水平的EGF R与肌瘤细胞过度增殖有关。Objective To investigate the relationship between cell proliferation and epidermal growth factor-receptor level in uterine leiomyoma. Methods DI, SPF, PI in 50 cases of and EGF-R level in 28 cases of leiomyoma were measured by FCM and in myometrium as control. Results SPF, PI and EGF-R levels in leiomyoma were significantly higher than those in the myometrium (P<0.05, or P<0.01). There was positive correlation for EGF-R level versus PI and SPF in leiomyoma (P<0.05),but of no significant difference for DI between leiomyoma and myometrium.Conclusion Higher concentration of EGF-R is closely linked with excessive proliferative activity of leiomyoma cells.
