摘　　要：自动答疑系统是基于 Web的远程教学系统中不可缺少的重要组成部分 .因此提出基于 E-mail的答疑 Agent功能及模型 ,并对其实现的关键技术进行了研究 .最后给出采用 JavaServlet实现电子邮件答凝Automatic answer system is the important part of the distance education system based on web. This paper brings up the function and the model of Answer Agent (AA) based on E\|mail. It also researches into the key technique about the implementation of AA. At last it gives the scheme of E\|mail\|based Answer Agent by Java Servlet.
