摘　　要：基于离散对数问题的困难性，给出了一个动态密钥系统的设计方案，方案包括系统初建、用户私钥产生、动态密钥生成、动态密钥认证、安全性分析，并介绍了系统的一些典型用途。On the difficulty of calculating discrete logarithm, a design scheme of active key system is given. The scheme includes original construction of system, production of user key, authentication of active key, analysis of system security. Some typical applications of the system are introduced.
