摘　　要：首先对虚拟企业中收益分配比例确定的基本原则进行了分析 ;在此基础上 ,针对一个产品研发级的虚拟企业 ,综合考虑其伙伴投资及所承担的风险 ,利用模糊综合评判法 ,给出一种收益分配比例计算方法 。In this paper, the basic principles for the proportion making are discussed for profit/risk allocation within Virtual Enterprises. By integrating the investment and risk factors, as well as using fuzzy evaluation method, an algorithm to make the profits proportion is proposed for a type of virtual enterprises developing products. Moreover, a simulation example is presented to illustrate the validity of the proposed algorithm and method.
