摘　　要：结合对世界知名 ERP软件的分析介绍 ,主要阐述了 ERP的未来发展趋势 .ERP随着生产的发展不断发展演化 ,从外延上来说 ,它的发展趋势是和其它先进的现代管理思想和信息技术的融合 .从内涵上来说 ,它的进一步发展是其功能的扩展 ,包括更加适应企业管理需求的动态企业建模 DEM和智能资源计划 IRP.This paper is mainly about the development tendency of ERP in the future, which relates to analysis of the famous ERP software of the world. ERP develops along with the development of production. On the extension, its development tendency is to integrate with other advanced management thoughts. On the involution, its development tendency is the extension of its functions, including Dynamic Enterprise Model (DEM) and Intelligent Resource Planning (IRP), which are more fit for the enterprise management.
