摘　　要：目的 分析胃腺癌组织的低密度脂蛋白受体(LDLR)活性,及其与组织分化程度的关系.方法 以^(125)I-LDL为配体,采用受体放射性配体结合分析法.结果 胃腺愿组织的LDLR活性明显高于其周边正常组织,但其LDLR的亲和性和特异性无明显改变;胃腺癌组织LDLR活性与其分化程度有关.结论 胃腺癌组织LDLR活性明显增高,癌组织的分化程度愈低,LDLR活性愈高.Objective : Exploring the activity of LDL receptor (LDLR) with gastric adenocarcinoma and determinating the relation between LDLR and the tissue differential degree of gastric adenocarcinoma. Methods : Using 125 l-LDL as the radioligand and method of receptor radioligand binding analysis. Results: The LDL activity of gastric adenocarcinoma is obviously higher than the normal gastric tissues, but affinity and specificity of LDLR don't obviously change. Conclusion: The LDLR activity of the gastric adenocarcinoma is abviously higher, the differential degree of gastric adenocarcinoma tissues is lower, the LDLR activity is higher.
