摘 要:目的 以离体下颌骨为实验对象 ,分析比较四种卡环对基牙及义齿鞍基位移的影响。方法 设计4类卡环①近中牙合支托—颊侧短固位臂—远中邻面板固位体 ;②RPI卡环 :③远中牙合支托—颊侧短固位臂—远中邻面板固位体 ;④锻丝三臂卡环。采用激光全息干涉计量术 ,分析比较 4种卡环设计义齿在垂直静载下对基牙及义齿鞍基位移的影响。结果 义齿垂直加载时 ,近中牙合支托—颊侧短固位臂—远中邻面板固位体对基牙及义齿鞍基的位移量大于RPI卡环 ,但小于锻丝三臂卡环 ,基牙位移方向为近中、舌向、龈向 ;Objective To establish standard animal model with blast injury in maxillofacial region and study the injury of mandible. Methods This study Comparatively analyzed the effect of bilateral distal extension base partial denture using this esthetic clasp on abutment tooth and saddle movement when under vertical loading. A model for bilateral distal extension base partial denture situation was constructed using a separated human mandible. Results The four clasp designs included:①NSBR mesial occusal rest, short buccal retentive arm distal guiding plate; ②PRI mesial occlusal rest, distal proximal plate, buccal I bar; ③DSBR distal occlusal rest, short buccal retentive;④Compound 3 arms clasp distal occlusal rest, wrought wire buccal retentive arm, cast lingual reciprocal arm. Conclusion Under vertial loading, the magnitude of saddle and abutment tooth movement for MSBR was greater than that for RPI, but smaller than that for Compound 3 arms clasp, and the direction of abutment tooth movement was mesial ,lingual and gingival.
