摘 要:目的 研究改良型Bionator矫治器矫治早期反牙合颅颌面的改变。方法 采用改良型Bionator矫治器矫治乳牙期及替牙期前牙反牙合88例 ,对治疗前后的头颅侧位片头影侧量分析研究。结果 矫治后上颌长度及突度增大 ,上切牙唇倾 ;下颌髁突后退至正常位 ,上下颌基骨关系明显改善 ,乳牙反牙合改变最明显 ,矫治后呈Ⅰ类骨面型。替牙期反牙合矫治后仍遗留骨骼异常 ,骨面型仍属Ⅲ类 ,下切牙舌倾及颏角变小更趋严重 ;下面高及后面高增加。结论 改良型Bionator矫治反牙合 ,能有效促进上颌生长 ,抑制下颌生长 。Objective Bionator was used to correct 88cases of anterior teeth cross bite during the milk teeth period and teeth replacement period. The occlusion model, lateral radiograph of brain were analyzed. The length, width and height of maxillofacial region in the correction of early cross bite by Bionator Bionator mere studied. Methods There was no significant changes in dental arch width of maxillary and mandible before and after treatment; The length and angle of maxillary were increased, premaxillary teeth was towards to lip, the condylar process of the mandible was backed off to the normal position and the relation between the upper and lower jaw bone bases obviously improved. The mild teeth cross bite showed most obvious change and presented bone surface model of class I after correction. During the teeth replacement period, partial bone abnormities still maintained after the correction of cross bite and the bone surface model presented class III. The lower incisor teeth was towards to tongue and the angle of mentum was decreased more seriously; the lower and posterior heights were increased and returned normal.
