CD44v6在上皮性卵巢肿瘤中的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的　探讨上皮性卵巢肿瘤中 CD4 4 v6的表达及临床意义 .方法　采用 SABC免疫组织化学方法 ,检测了 72例上皮性卵巢肿瘤中 CD4 4 v6的表达状况 .结果　恶性卵巢肿瘤、交界性肿瘤及良性肿瘤中 CD4 4 v6的表达分别为 4 4 .4 % ,2 0 .0 %和 11.8% .恶性卵巢肿瘤中 CD4 4 v6的表达较良性肿瘤明显增高 (P <0 . 0 5 ) ,恶性肿瘤中有淋巴结转移者的CD4 4 v6表达 (6 7.0 % )与无淋巴结转移者 (33.0 % )相比有显著差异 (P<0 .0 5 ) . CD4 4 v6高表达患者的生存期缩短 .在恶性卵巢肿瘤不同病理分级及临床分期间 CD4 4 v6表达无明显差异 (P>0 .0 5 ) .结论　CD4 4 v6在上皮性恶性卵巢肿瘤中的发生及淋巴结转移过程中可能起重要作用 。AIM To examine the expression of CD44v6 in ovarian tumor and to explore its relationship with occurrence of ovarian tumor. METHODS CD44v6 expression in 72 samples of ovarian tumor was observed by SABC immunohistochemical staining. RESULTS The positive rates of CD44v6 expression among malignant, borderline and benign tumors were 44.4%, 20.0% and 11.8% respectively. TheCD44v6 expression in malignant was, obviously higher than that in benign tumor ( P <0.05). Lymphonodus metastasis of ovarian cancer had good relation to CD44v6 expression ( P <0.05). The patients have been followed up for 3 years. In case with CD44v6 high expression, the prognosis would be poor. CD44v6 expression was not related to clinical stages and pathological grades ( P >0.05). CONCLUSION CD44v6 might be involved in the development and metastasis of malignant ovarian tumor, and might serve as a prognostic marker of malignant ovarian tumor.
