摘  要:目的 探讨持续低流量缺氧条件下视网膜 Müller细胞超微结构的改变及缺氧对神经胶质酸性蛋白 (GFAP)表达的影响 .方法 采用透射电镜、western blot方法对缺氧条件下培养的视网膜 Müller细胞进行观察 .结果 缺氧 4 8h后 ,视网膜 Müller细胞的超微结构发生改变 ,细胞内 GFAP表达较对照组增高 .结论 持续低流量缺氧 4 8h。AIM To study the effects of hypoxia on the ultrastructure and GFAP's expression of Müller cells. METHODS Transmission electron microscope and western blot technique were used to observe the Müller cells cultured at hypoxia condition. RESULTS After 48 h of hypoxia, the retinal Müller cells' ultrastructure apparently changed and the glial fibrillary acidic protein (GFAP) had an increased expression compared to the control group. CONCLUSION Certain lesion would happen to the retinal Müller cells when they were insulted by 48 h hypoxia.
