摘 要:以往的水深测量组件通常以模拟信号作为输出,但模拟信号存在抗干扰能力弱等缺陷,而数字信号可以弥补模拟信号的不足,数字化的传输与交换可以更好地融入计算机和互联网系统,实现产品的自动化和智能化。文中介绍的新型水深测量组件基于RS485串口通讯进行数据传输,通过约定的通讯协议与上位机进行通讯,具有传输速率高、传输距离远、抗噪声干扰能力强等优点,并且该组件通过选用适当的压力敏感芯体,即满足了产品分辨率的要求,又保证了产品承受高倍过载负荷的能力。In the past,the water depth of measurement components are normally using analog signal as the output,but the analog signals have poor anti-jamming capability,while the digital signal can compensate for the disadvantages of the analog signal.So the digital transmission and exchange can be better integrated into the computer and internet system,and realize the automation and intellectualization of the product.In this paper,a new water depth measurement component based on RS485 serial communication was introduced.Through the communication protocol to communicate with the upper machine,it has high transmission rate,transmission distance,strong ability to resist noise and etc.Also by choosing the appropriate pressure sensitive core body,the component meet the requirement of the resolution,and ensure the high overload.
