摘　　要：企业生态文化将企业发展和生态建设有机联系起来,是企业和生态和谐发展的产物。文章分析了作为重工业钢铁企业的包钢推进企业生态文化体系建设的意义与途径,认为构建企业生态文化体系,包钢要从树立企业生态价值观念、创建企业全程生态化生产模式、培养企业员工的系统生态意识以及承担服务生态文明社会的企业责任等几方面全面展开。Enterprise ecology culture combining the development of enterprise with its ecology construction organically is the result of harmonious development of enterprise and ecology. This paper analyzes the meanings and measures of putting forward the construction of enterprise ecology culture when the Baotou Steel as the heavy steel company and advises the construction of enterprise ecology culture for the Baotou Steel to be carried out comprehensively in aspects of establishing the value of enterprise ecology, building the production mode of enterprise whole ecology, developing employee＇s system of ecological awareness, undertaking the enterprise responsibility of servicing the society of ecological civilization and so on.
