摘　　要：油污强制责任保险在海上保险领域已广泛存在,但是在我国,海上钻井平台却一直游离于这个制度之外。针对海上钻井平台油污强制责任保险的特殊法律性质,对其所涉及的一些问题进行分析,论证了我国实施该强制保险的必要性,并结合我国的现行法律环境,对构建我国海上钻井平台油污强制责任保险提出了一些建议。In the area of marine insurance, the oil pollution compulsory insurance is very common. However, in our country, the drilling platform offshore is excluded out of the system. The discussion of a number of issues about the oil pollution compulsory insurance for the drilling platform offshore was done, including the special legal nature of it, and then demonstrate the necessity to implement the oil pollution compulsory insurance for the drilling platform offshore, after that, provide the some legislative proposal to set up the system.
