摘　　要：目的：探讨脑卒中的影响因素，预防脑卒中的发生。方法：总结、分析2001-2013年脑卒中危险因素的相关文献。结果：高血压、高血脂、高血糖、高尿酸血症、心脏病、颈动脉粥样硬化、吸烟、饮酒、肥胖等与脑卒中均有相关性。结论：有效控制缺血性脑卒中的影响因素，防治缺血性脑卒中提供科学依据。Objective： To prevent the happening of ischemic stroke through studying its influence factors. Methods：The literature related with the risk factors of stroke from 2001 to 2013 years were summarized and analysed. Results：Hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperglycaemia, high uric acid, heart disease, carotid atherosclerosis, smoking, satia-tion, obesity and so on were related with stroke. Conclusion：The effective control of the influence factors of ischemic stroke can prevent the happening of ischemic stroke.
