摘　　要：中国转型经济时期的独特制度情境,在很大程度上约束了民营企业的成长战略选择。然而,制度环境究竟是如何影响民营企业成长战略的,资源基础观与产业基础观又是如何作用的,其中依然存在许多未打开的"黑箱"。本文针对制度环境与中国民营企业成长关系的已有研究进行梳理和分析,试图找出其中存在的主要不足,在此基础上对该领域未来研究方向进行了简要的展望。In China’s transitional economy, the unique institutional environment largely constrains private enterprises’ choice of growth strategy.However,there are still many“black boxes”about how institutional environment influences private enterprise growth strategy and what the role of Resource-Based View and Industrial Organization View play on it.This paper analyzes the relationship between institutional environment and the growth of Chinese private enterprises from existing literatures,trying to figure out the main shortcomings and giving a perspective for future research in this field.
