摘  要:为了选择性状优良的葛根品种,从四川、湖南采集了5个葛根样品。对样品中总异黄酮和单一异黄酮的含量进行了测定。结果表明,总异黄酮和单一异黄酮含量均以湖南洪江市出产的洪江野葛为最高,其中总异黄酮、葛根素、大豆苷、染料木苷、大豆苷元含量分别为110.79、48、10.84、2.86、1.11 mg/g,矮寨野葛葛根的含量最低。青川野葛、永顺野葛和矮寨野葛的淀粉含量较高,其含量分别为37.46%、37.31%、37.86%。本文还测定了葛根中酸性洗涤纤维(ADF)、木质素、碳和氮元素的含量,以期为葛根的种植及产业化的快速发展提供数据支撑。In order to evaluate the quality of Pueraria lobata radix, 5 samples of P. lobcaa were randomly collected from Sichuan and Hunan provinces, and the total and individual isoflavones contents of their tubers were determined. The results showed that the total and individual isoflavones contents of P. lobata radix, which was collected from Hongiiang city in Hunan, were the highest, of which the contents of total isoflavones, puerarin, daldzin, gcnistin and daldzein were 110.79, 48.00, 10.84, 2.86 and 1.11 rag/g, respectively, and the value of isoflavonas of P. /obata radix from Aizhai town was the lowest. The P. lobata radix from Qingchuan county, Yongshun county and Aizhai town showed the highest starch with the values of 37.46 %, 37.31% and 37.86 %, respectively. The acid detergent fiber, lignin, carbon and nitrogen contents of the tubers were also determined, which could provide data for planting and industrialisation of P.lobata.
