摘  要:采用固相微萃取结合气相色谱(质谱连用仪(SPME-GC-MS)分析桂花花冠、花蕊、花托、花萼及叶片挥发性物质,其目的是评价桂花不同器官挥发性物质的变化特征。花冠主要成分为β-芳樟醇、反式-氧化芳樟醇、叶醛、β-紫罗兰酮、α-紫罗兰酮、薰衣草醇、己醛和(Z)-乙酸叶醇酯;花蕊主要成分为安息香醛、β-芳樟醇、β-紫罗兰酮、薰衣草醇、反式-氧化芳樟醇、α-紫罗兰酮、2-辛酮和己醛;花托主要成分为青叶醇、(Z)-乙酸叶醇酯、己醛、顺式-罗勒烯、叶醛、β-芳樟醇、反式-氧化芳樟醇、薰衣草醇和β-紫罗兰酮;花萼和叶片主要成分为已醛、叶醛和(Z)-乙酸叶醇酯,这些物质在花冠、花蕊、花托、花萼及叶片中具有相对稳定的组成、含量及比例关系,但在不同组织器官中存在差异。结果显示不同组织器官中挥发性物质的组成、含量及比例关系可能具有与其形态结构特征相适应的生理、生态和协同进化的功能。Volatile phytochemical components of corolla,stamens,calyxes,receptacles and leaves of Osmanthus fragrans var.latifolius were analyzed by using solid phase microextraction coupled with gas chromatography-mass spectrometry detector (SPME-GC-MS).The aim was to evaluate the characteristics of volatile phytochemical components of different organs of O.fragrans var.latifolius.β-Linalol,trans-linalool oxide,2-hexenal,β-ionone,α-ionone,lavender alcohol,hexanal and 3-hexen-1-ol acetate are main volatile components of corolla.Benzaldehyde,β-linalol,β-ionone,lavender alcohol,trans-linalool oxide,α-ionone,2-octanone and hexanal are main volatile components of stamens.3-Hexen-1-ol,3-hexen-1-ol acetate,hexanal,cis-Ocimene,2-hexenal,β-linalol,trans-linalool oxide,lavender alcohol and β-ionone are main volatile components of calyxes.Hexanal,2-hexenal and 3-hexen-1-ol acetate are main volatile components of receptacles and leaves.Their components,contents and proportional relations are relatively stable,which were various at different organs of Osmanthus fragrans.This study provides evidence that the components,contents and proportional relations of volatiles of different organs of O.fragrans var.lati.folius may have adaptive functions of physiology,ecology and coevolutions of their morphological structure.
