摘  要:选取具有代表性的烤烟K326作为栽培品种,在云南省玉溪市江川县采用多点测定土壤pH法选取试验点,统一施肥量和管理方式,采收后测定不同处理烟叶的主要化学成分,并结合烟叶感官评吸质量来鉴别土壤pH对烟叶品质的影响.结果表明,植烟土壤pH为5.8~7.8时,烟叶的化学成分协调性好,感官评吸质量较优.研究为烤烟K326的生产布局提供了一定的科学依据,而烟叶化学成分结合感官评吸质量的评价方法也可以为以后的烟草品质研究提供一定的借鉴.Representative flue-cured tobacco K326 was selected as cultivated variety in Jiangchuan county of Yuxi city in Yunan province,multipoint soil pH value method was used to study sites with uniform fertilizer rate and management way.The main chemical composition of different tobacco leaves after harvest was determined,combining with sensory smoking tobacco identify effects of soil pH on tobacco leaf quality.Results showed that,when planting tobacco soil pH was between 5.8 to 7.8,the chemical composition of tobacco leave was in good coordination and sensory smoking quality was the best.It will provide certain scientific basis for the production layout of flue-cured tobacco K326.Combining with sensory smoking,tobacco chemical composition evaluation can provide certain reference for studying tobacco quality.
