分光光度法测定假臭草中的化学物质

摘　　要：为研究开发利用假臭草(Eupatorium catarium),用分光光度法测定了假臭草茎、花、叶中类黄酮、单宁、草酸和亚硝酸盐的含量。结果表明,假臭草叶中类黄酮、草酸含量最高;花中单宁、亚硝酸盐含量最高。该结果将为假臭草的综合开发利用提供参考。In order to utilize Eupatorium catarium,the contents of total flavonoids,tannin,oxalic acid and nitrite in stems,flowers and leaves of E.catarium were determined with spectrophotometry.The results showed that the contents of total flavonoids and oxalic acid in leaves were highest.The contents of tannin and nitrite in flowers were highest.The results will provide a reference for utilizing E.catarium.
