摘　　要：目的　探讨DMBT1基因表达与胃癌的关系。方法　应用RT PCR方法检测胃癌及癌旁组织DMBT1基因的表达。结果　胃癌组织及癌旁组织DMBT1基因的表达率分别为 2 2 .9% (11/ 4 8)和 89.6 % (43/4 8) ;伴周围淋巴结转移的癌组织的DMBT1表达率 9.7% (3/ 31)均低于不伴周围淋巴结转移的癌组织的表达率76 .5 % (13/ 17) (P <0 .0 1) ,该基因的表达与肿瘤组织学分型、浸润方式及肿瘤大小等无关 (P均 >0 .0 5 )。结论　DMBT1基因表达率降低与胃癌转移有关 。Objective To study the relationship between the DMBT1 gene expression and gastric carcinoma.Methods Expression of the DMBT1 gene in gastric carcinoma was detected by reverse transcriptase polymerase chain reaction(RT PCR).Results DMBT1 gene is expressed in 22.9%(11/48) tumor tissues and 89.6%(43/48) tissues around the carcinoma.DMBT1 is expressed in 9.7%(3/31) of tumors with lymph node metastasis,and 76.5%(13/17) of tumors without lymph node metastasis ( P <0.01).The reduced DMBT1 expression has no correlation with histological classification,tumor invasion pattern and tumor size ( P >0.01).Conclusions Reduced expression of DMBT1 gene might imply gastric carcinoma metastasis.
