兔眼球爆炸伤后玻璃体谷氨酸含量的改变及意义

摘　　要：目的 :通过测定兔眼球爆炸伤后玻璃体内谷氨酸含量 ,以探讨其意义。　方法 :制作兔眼球爆炸伤模型 ,测定玻璃体内谷氨酸浓度 ,并与对侧对照眼进行平行对比分析。　结果 :所有实验眼玻璃体内谷氨酸浓度均显著高于对照眼 ,眼球爆炸伤后 1天玻璃体内谷氨酸含量即增高 ,伤后 2 5～ 3 0天达高值 ,其后逐渐下降。　结论Objectives:To explore the effects of glutamine on the visual functions by means of measuring the glutamine levels in vitreum after explosive injury of eyeballs in rabbits. Methods:The explosive injury model of rabbit's eyeballs were made. The glutamine levels in vitreum of injured eyes were measured and were compared with that in the contralateral eyes. Results:The glutamine levels in vitreum of the injured eyes were significantly higher than that in the contralateral eyes in all rabbits in this study. The glutamine levels in vitreum of the injured eyes increased on the 1st day and reached the peak on the 25th～30th day and then decreased gradually after explosive injury of eyeball. Conclusions:The increasing of the glutamine levels in vitreum is perhaps among the causes resulting in damage of visual functions after explosive injury of eyeballs.
