摘  要:目的 :对上颌尖牙与第一双尖牙易位的原因进行探讨 ,并提出正畸治疗方法。 方法 :收集上颌尖牙与第一双尖牙易位 11例 ,对其发生的左右两侧位置、性别 ,是否伴有牙列的其他异常等进行详细记录。对不同病例根据情况分别进行治疗。 结果 :上颌尖牙与第一双尖牙易位多伴有乳尖牙滞留及过小侧切牙 ,性别、左右两侧之间无明显差异 ,两侧均有易位者比例较高 ( 2 /7) ,两种治疗都取得了良好的结果。 结论 :在引起上颌尖牙与第一双尖牙易位的多因素中 ,遗传及萌出位置和方向的改变占有重要地位 ,治疗措施应根据整个牙列的情况决定 ,以保证获得美观与功能的协调 。Objectives:To determine the possible pathogeny and approaches to the treatment of Maxillary canine first premolar(Mx.C.P1) transposition. Methods: Eleven subjects with Mx.C.P1 abnormality were studied. Data were recorded on the Mx.C.P1 location, sex, and peg shaped maxillary lateral incisors in each case. Alignment of the teeth in their transposed position or orthodontic movement to their normal position in the arch are alternatives in the treatment. Results:A significant number of cases were associated with other dental anomalies, such as peg shaped lateral incisors and overretained deciduous teeth. Mx.C.P1 transposition occurred bilaterally in nearly one quarter(2/7) of the sample and there were no statistically significant differences in sex and location. Conclusions: Mx.C.P1 transposition results from genetic influences within a multifactorial inheritance model, this kind of problem is best managed with non extraction orthodontic treatment, keeping the transposed order of the teeth. Esthetics and function can be achieved.
