摘  要:目的 探讨谷氨酸单钠 (MSG)对大鼠胃窦部生长抑素 m RNA表达的影响。方法 采用原位杂交技术检测胃窦部生长抑素 m RNA的表达并用计算机图象分析系统进行定量分析。结果 谷氨酸单钠可使胃窦部生长抑素 m RNA表达增强 ,以 5 2天 (青春期 )最为明显 ,12 0天 (成年期 )次之 ,11天 (新生期 )最弱 ,经统计 ,差异具有显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。结论 谷氨酸单钠可使胃窦部 D细胞生长抑素 m RNA表达增强 ,这可能是 MSG导致神经内分泌紊乱的机制之一。? Objective To explore the effect of monosodium glutamate (MSG) on the expression of somatostatin mRNA in rat gastric antrum. Methods In situ hybridization was used to detect somatostatin and the hybridization reactivity and the density of positive cells were measured by image analysis. Results The hybridization reactivity and the density of somatostatin mRNA positive cells (D cell) in the experimental group are higher than in the control group. The effect on 52d is the most significant, followed by that on 120d and 11d. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference ( P <0 01). Conclusion MSG could increase the expression of somatostatin mRNA in antrum, which may be one of the mechanisms of the neuroendocrine disorder induced by MSG.\;〔
