摘　　要：目的　为对农作废弃物进行综合利用 ,探讨从向日葵秆内芯提取果胶的工艺条件 .方法　采用正交实验方法取得了铝盐盐析法的最佳条件 .结果　得出较佳的工艺条件 .Aim\ The technology of extracting pectin from the core of dried sunflower stalks is explored to make full use of agricultural waste materials. Methods\ Using the orthogonal array plan, the optimum conditions of salting out with aluminum sulfate are found. Results The better technological conditions are obtained. Conclusion\ A new way for making use of sunflower wastes is offered.
