摘　　要：目的　总结左房粘液瘤的临床表现、诊断手段及外科手术治疗时机的把握。　方法　本组 3 0例术前均由超声心动图诊断 ,共接受 3 2例次手术治疗 ,体外循环下平均阻断主动脉 2 3 .7(11～ 40 )min。　结果　本组患者中 2 4例心功能恢复良好 ,痊愈出院 ,随访无复发 ;6例术后早期死亡 ,死亡原因为心律失常 ,低心排综合征和多系统器官衰竭。结论　左房粘液瘤为心脏良性肿瘤中常见的类型 ,把握手术时机 。Objective To study the clinical, diagnostic features and surgical therapy of left atrial myxoma. Method 30 cases of left atrial myxoma were admitted for symptoms of palpitation and anhelation after labor or tiredness. All the cases were diagnosed by UCG and then operated under cardiopulmonary bypass. The mean aorta clamping time was 23.7 min(range 11～40 min). Results 24 cases of the group discharged with recovered heart function. 6 cases died in early post operative period for arrhythmia, low cardial output syndrome and multiple systemic organ failure. Conclusion Left atrial myxoma is recognized as a common benign cardiac neoplasm. Early diagnosis and timely operation to avoid complications are very important to the patients.
