汕头市精神分裂症社区康复5年疗效分析

摘　　要：目的 :探讨精神分裂症长期社区康复的疗效和方法。方法 :对 115例精神分裂症患者 5年社区康复的治疗、现病、社会功能、社会影响、复发进行前后比较 ,并与 72例社区自然状态下精神分裂症对照。结果 :精神分裂症 5年社区康复疗效显著 ,5年显进率达 93 91% ,复发率 2 5 .0 0 % ,对照病例则无变化或恶化 ,显进率 2 9.17% ,复发率 95 .2 4%。结论 :长期社区康复对于精神分裂症控制病情 ,恢复社会功能 。Objectives:To explore the curative effects and methods of the community\|based rehabilitation for schizophrenia people.Methods:The 115 schizophrenias had been treated with the community\|based rehabilitation for five years.The illness condition.social function.social influence and relapse of 115 schizophrenics were compared with 72 schizophrenics in natural conmmunity state.Results:The community\|based Rehabilitation was very helpful for schizophrenia patients.The rate of mend was 93.91% and the rate of relapse was 25.00%.But no change and deterioration were found in the control group.The rate of mend was 29.17% and the rate of relapse was 95.24%.Conclusion:It showed that the community\|based rehabilitation was a good way for controlling schizophrenia,rehabilitation of social function and prevention for relapse of illness.
