比较血清CEA、CA199、CA125、CA724对卵巢癌临床诊断及疗效观察的价值

摘　　要：目的 比较血清CEA、CA199、CA125、CA724对卵巢癌临床诊断及疗效观察的价值。方法 采用电化学方法检测血清中CEA、CA199、CA125、CA724水平。结果 卵巢癌患者血清CEA、CA125、CA724含量明显升高(P<0.01),CA724和 CA125联合检测具有重要的价值。卵巢癌患者治疗后 CEA、CA724、CA125含量明显下降(分别为P<0.01、P<0.05、P<0.01)。结论 联合检测CA125和CA724对卵巢癌的诊断具有重要临床价值。ve Tocompare the value of CEA、CA199、CA724、CA125 in serum in the diagnosis and therapeutic re-sponse of the ovarian carcinoma. Methods CEA、CA199、CA724、CA125 were detected with electrochemiluminescence im-munoassay. Results The levels of CEA、CA724、CA125 increased notably (P<0.01). Combined detection of CA125 and CA724 were important value. The levels of CEA、CA724、CA125 of the ovarian carcinoma decreased notably after treatment (P<0.01 P <0.05 and P<0.01). Conclusion The combined detection of CA125 and CA724were of important clinical value in the ovarian carcinoma.
