摘 要:研究了外加抗生素、胞外庆大霉素浓度、微波处理、培养基中氯化钠浓度等因素对于细菌庆大霉素分泌的影响。研究结果表明 :微波处理能显著提高庆大霉素发酵分泌率及总效价 ,发酵过程中每 12 h处理一次 ,每次处理强度为 12 7.5 W 4 0 s时 ,庆大霉素分泌率由对照的 2 4 .8%增加至 4 7.5 % ,而总效价比对照提高了 4 8.5 %。当加入 0 .6mg/ ml的短杆菌肽 ,分泌率由对照的 2 5 .1%提高到 4 2 .7% ,总效价比对照提高了 18.2 %。胞外庆大霉素浓度、氯化钠浓度、外加抗生素如青霉素。Through shake flask fermentation, the effects of microwave radiation, the exogenous gentamicin concentration, concentration of NaCl and some other factors on the secretion of gentamicin were studied. The results showed that microwave treatment could increase the secretion of gentamicin remarkably. During the fermentation process, after multiple microwave treatment with intensity of 127.5 W for 40 s at 12 h interval, the secretion ratio of gentamicin was increased from 24.8% to 47.5%, the total potency was increased by 48.5%. When the 0.6 mg/ml of bacitracin was supplemented, the secretion ratio of gentamicin was increased from 25.1% to 42.7%, the total potency was increased by 18.2%. The exogenous gentamicin concentration, concentration of NaCl and some other factors also had significant effects on the secretion of gentamicin.
