中国3种重点保护蕨类植物孢子的扫描电镜观察

摘　　要：在扫描电镜下观察了中国 3种重点保护蕨类植物孢子表面的微形态学特征 ,即中华水韭 (Isoetessinensis)、水蕨 (Ceratopteristhalictroides)和金毛狗 (Cibotiumbarometz) .对过去在光镜下观察的一些不准确的描述进行了修正和补充 .研究结果对于准确鉴别该 3种蕨类植物和研究其亲缘关系提供了有重要价值的孢粉学依据 .The micromorphological surface feature of 3 species spore of pteridophytes protected by China, which are Isoetes sinensis , Ceratopteris thalictroides and Cibotium barometz , are observed with scanning electron microscope (SEM). Some inexact description under light microscope is corrected and renewed. The results offer important evidence in palynology for identifying these 3 ferns and research their respective blood relationship.
